How do i keep my clean room clean?

it takes me forever to clean my room, but when its done, im proud of my self. but then it gets dirty in a matter of hours. i need help! how can i clean my room quickly, and then keep it clean? plus, im NOT good with throwing things out or giving it away. i have a few places where i can store things, but i usually end up dumping things in them instead of actual using them. some of these places are in my closet, drawers under my bed, and a shoe rack.HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

  1. When you use stuff, put it away when your done. Dont leave things lying around. Just be aware and not careless.
  2. get off your lazy @ss and clean it!
  3. Put every thing back where you got it.
  4. um.. well you just clean up your mess right after your done with it. just find storage places and find some easy organizing tips online
  5. just make sure everything u have has a place. and when u use something put it back in its place and thats all thats to it! its not that hard just rember to put everything back and if you forget, then make sure u devote 10 minutes of your day to cleaning your room!
  6. im the same way. try to just put things away when you use them.
  7. First set a reward that you really want like ice cream or a new shirt, whatever your hurt desires. Make a chart with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The goal is spend 15 minutes or less picking up your room everyday. Spend no more then 15 minutes a day. At the end of the week/last day you get your reward. Good Luck
  8. I had the same exact problem. First off, a closet is the bast way to store your stuff. Don't hang up your clothes, fold them. It takes less space and time. Insert som cube shelvings from ikea to display some of your stuff. Thoeds cube shelvings are miracles.... you can insert drawers in them too, and everything has a place. The drawers under your bed can be used for either your clothes so you have more room in your closet, linens, or shoes. Shoe racks don't really help, they are just for lazy people who want to throw their shoes somewhere. I hope this helps.
